How do I apply?
Applications for the 2008 Fast 50 list will be accepted from August 1, 2007 to October 15, 2007. If you wish to receive a Growth Questionnaire, complete the form below and an application will be mailed to you. Or click on the links below to download an application.

Alberta Venture magazine annually produces the Fast 50 List -- Alberta’s Growth Champions, listing some of the fastest growing companies in the province. The intent is to recognize growth-oriented businesses in Alberta. To be considered for this list, you must complete and return a Growth Questionnaire. Companies selected for the list will be featured in the January issue of Alberta Venture and will be recognized at an awards ceremony in February.

CRITERIA

• Companies eligible for the Fast 50 List must have their head office within Alberta.
• Public and private companies are eligible.
• Companies must have been in operation for at least four years and have three years of financial information to be eligible.
• Responses to this Growth Questionnaire will be assessed by an independent selection panel. The companies selected will be those businesses that have the highest score based on the selection criteria.
• All decisions of the selection panel are final.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
To verify the information on the submission form, include a copy of your most recent financial statements as well as any promotional material that is appropriate. Failure to supply financial statements will render the Growth Questionnaire ineligible. All documentation submitted will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
